Making sure you have an adequate intake of all of the major vitamins is essential in maintaining health and slowing down aging. The B complex is especially important in reducing the risk of heart disease, which is the number one cause of premature death.

One of the most important, and most controversial, areas of anti aging theory is in the use of hormones. Obviously, if you are wanting to follow a natural anti aging pattern, you will not want of take in synthetic hormones, but there are still ways to stimulate hormones production within the body. This is the restriction of calories to a level way below that consumed by the average adult. It takes a certain type of person to be able to follow through with this technique, however, and it is unlikely that there will be that many volunteers.
